You will need

Heartsease Farm Raspberry Lemonade – 100ml

A Handful of Raspberries

Gin of choice – 60ml

Ice

Garnish with Mint (Optional)

Method

1. Add a handful of raspberries to a glass and crush.

2. Add ice and gin.

3. Top with Heartsease Farm Raspberry Lemonade and stir gently.

4. Top with raspberries and a sprig of mint.
