Our People
Welcome to Radnor’s new Insight series. Over the coming months we’ll be taking you behind the scenes of our business and introducing you to some of the brilliant people on our team.
You’ll meet everyone from our Sales & Marketing Director Chris to our Product & Innovation Director Jo and find out how our daredevil Recycling Team Leader Sarah ‘relaxes’ at the weekend.
It’s a chance to find out about them and their daily roles, how they came to join our company, what inspires them and to learn about the career progression opportunities we have here.
Chris Sanders, Sales & Marketing Director
Our business is all about building great customer relationships and my favourite part of the job is getting out on the road to meet them, learning more about what they do and how we can help them to grow.
I get a buzz out of seeing our products on shelf and I’m really proud that our flavoured water is performing so well. Our customers are looking for healthy hydration and on-the-go products and we’ve got a really exciting range of products.
You can usually spot me with a bottle of Radnor Splash Apple & Raspberry in my hand – it’s a beautiful drink.
Jo Owen, Product & Innovation Director
Our team is responsible for the development and launch of all our brilliant new products.
At the moment we’re working on fifty projects, not just for Radnor projects but a wide variety of really lovely customers too. They range from flavoured water and canned juices to premium presses in our glass bottle line. It’s exciting and creative work.
It’s an amazing feeling to see a product we’ve developed and made with such care and attention in the heart of the Welsh countryside being added to a supermarket basket by a customer, on a restaurant menu or on the front cover of an airline menu card.
Sarah Cox, Recycling Team Leader
I’m a very hands-on person. I can be running the balers or using the forklifts in the morning and at my desk in the afternoon organising collections of materials for recycling, researching ways we can recycle even better than we do already or popping over to have a chat with our Buyers about pricing.
Protecting the environment is a key principle for Radnor and we’ve worked hard to become a zero to landfill site. We’re constantly looking for new ways of reducing our waste and of limiting our carbon footprint. We use local buyers for our recycling products.
Chris Butler, Marketing Manager
I’ve worked for the business for over 10 years and my job is super varied and exciting.
We have a multiple channel approach to our marketing so we can engage directly with our customers and love telling the story behind the company and our brands.
We believe that it’s integral for our customers to understand our six core values at Radnor, against which we measure ourselves. Two of our values are Community and People and both underpin a lot of what we do here.
I’m really proud of everything we produce and our brilliant marketing team.

Zoe Davies, Logistics Coordinator
I joined Radnor Hills in 2022 and absolutely love coming to work.
I deal with all the orders that come through and put them onto our system ready for our dispatch team to send out to our customers.
Part of my role is to deal with customer queries and to catch up on what products are running on which lines so we’ve got the right stock availability. I like dealing with the haulage companies we work with and speak to them daily.
My favourite drink? It’s got to be Heartsease Farm Raspberry Lemonade because it tastes so delicious.
