You will need

Heartsease Farm Raspberry Lemonade – 165 ml

Gin of choice – 60ml

Ice

Egg white

Garnish with thyme (Optional)

Method

1. Place gin, lemon juice and egg white in a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds without ice.

2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again for 30 seconds.

3. Place ice into a glass and add Heartsease Farm

4. Strain mixture into glass and Garnish.
