Radnor is transitioning to a new pallet provider

Radnor is committed to providing you with the highest quality service and experience. We’re excited to announce that from the 1st of May 2023, we will be transitioning from IPP pallets to red pallets supplied by LPR (La Palette Rouge).

This change aims to improve our service and helps us avoid passing on higher costs related to the pallet element of our delivery. This will ensure stability for you as our valued customer.

In the coming weeks, LPR will contact you to ensure you are prepared and comfortable with receiving their pallets. All they ask is that you avoid destroying or disposing of their pallets, allowing them to collect them regularly. To help you with this, we have enclosed their collection team’s contact details for your convenience.
