You will need

Heartsease Farm Sparkling Elderflower presse – 165ml

Rhubarb Syrup – 25ml

Gin of choice – 60ml

Ice

Garnish with a rhubarb spiral (Optional)

Method

1. Add ice to a glass

2. Add your gin, rhubarb syrup and Heartsease Farm Sparkling Elderflower presse.

3. Stir and garnish with your spiral of rhubarb.
